Our story

Rooted in fire, guided by the seasons.

Cinder & Stave began with a single hearth and a simple belief: that the best food is unhurried, local, and cooked over a live flame. Our menu changes with what the land gives us.

Chef Marco Ruiz and his team work the open kitchen nightly, coaxing flavour from oak embers, charcoal and time. The result is food that's rustic yet refined — warm, generous, unforgettable.
